HOW IT WORKS

Our Approach to Building Literacy Partnerships

Our process is simple and collaborative, designed to make family engagement easy to plan, implement, and sustain.

01

Discover & Design

We begin with a collaborative planning conversation to learn about your school’s goals, literacy priorities, and family engagement needs. Together, we identify where families can have the greatest impact and design a plan that fits your school community.
02

Select Custom Supports

Choose from a wide range of family engagement options—from communication tools and take-home literacy kits to Family Fun Nights and educator training. Each resource is flexible, evidence-based, and aligned to the Science of Reading.
03

Implement with Support

Once your plan is set, our team brings it to life with hands-on guidance every step of the way. We provide materials, on-site or virtual facilitation, and tools to ensure each event or resource is easy to launch, organized, and meaningful for families and staff.

04

Reflect & Grow

After implementation, we help schools reflect on outcomes, gather family feedback, and plan next steps. This continuous improvement approach ensures family engagement remains effective, sustainable, and connected to your school’s literacy goals.
