The OST Family Engagement Champions program gives professionals the tools to strengthen relationships with families. Participants will assess current efforts, identify growth opportunities, and create actionable plans that lead to lasting, meaningful connections.
HOW IT WORKS
Your Path to Leadership
Over seven months, Out-of-School Time professionals will come together to explore the power of family partnerships, reflect on their current practices, and create strategies that strengthen program, family, and community engagement. Along the way, participants will build lasting connections and grow into confident Family Engagement Champions.
