SWOT Analysis

Establishes specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) goals that align with an organization’s mission and vision.

Develops a high-level approach or plan to achieve goals and objectives. This involves identifying target markets, competitive positioning, innovation strategies, growth strategies and resource allocation plans.
